The Amazon of Brazil, also known as the Legal Amazon “Amazonia Legal” is the biggest region of Brazil. It contains the Amazon Basin. The Amazon has vast wilderness areas of tropical vegetation, such as rainforests. There is a low population density within the region and recent strict conservation rules have been put into place by the Brazilian government to preserve this unique region.
